Reimi Jahana (レイミ・謝花, Reimi Jahana) is the head of the Jahana Group, the organization which supervises the V.G. tournaments.
Biography
Current head of the Jahana Group, the organization which supervises the V.G. tournaments. Reimi is wealthy, highly intelligent, and extremely beautiful. She is also a skilled martial artist and a three-time V.G. champion. Reimi initially sees the competitions as a chance to prove herself the strongest and most beautiful warrior of all, and takes a kind of perverse pleasure in watching those who lose against her be humiliated in various ways.
It's later revealed that her immense skill and perfectionism came as a result of being hounded by and experimented on by her own mother, Miranda, for the latter's own nefarious ends.
After being defeated by Yuka, she reforms and re-enters the tournament with the hopes of regaining her title.
Special Attacks
- Burning Rose: Reimi swings her arm upward, and a "wall" of rose-hued energy sails into the opponent.
- Rose Stinger: Enveloped by a stream of rose-hued energy, Reimi rushes into her opponent, both arms outstretched.
- Hurricane Rose: Reimi performs a standing somersault kick; The super version performs two in succession.
- Guillotine Throw: Reimi's normal throw; she jumps up to her opponent's shoulders, then flips forward, slamming her opponent to the ground.
- Griffon Nail: Reimi rushes into her opponent, grabs her, then takes her airborne and offscreen. She then comes crashing back down to earth, enveloped in a rose-hued energy pillar, slamming her opponent face-first to the ground.
Trivia
The Jahanna Group isn't really a restaurant, in fact as the main V.G. sponsor they own every single one around Japan! Reimi's job in particular is to check the progress of each restaurant and to enlist strong fighters that represent them.
Jahanna means "evil flower" in Japanese.
